Tucked just minutes from the heart of downtown Raleigh, a newly finished custom home has quietly settled into one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. You’re less than a mile from the Raleigh Convention Center and within walking distance of restaurants, local art venues, weekend markets, and live music. Whether it's an early morning walk to grab coffee or an evening out at Red Hat Amphitheater, the lifestyle here is as connected as it is comfortable.

This project was a collaboration between our team and a Raleigh-based architect who truly understood the balance between timeless design and livable function. From day one, we knew we wanted this home to feel inviting—so we went with open-concept spaces, oversized windows, and ceilings that stretch to ten feet tall. The kitchen anchors the home with custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and clean, modern finishes that still feel warm and personal.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom, giving the home a lot of flexibility depending on who’s living there or how it’s used—whether it's for family, guests, or even the possibility of short-term rentals. The primary suite is one of our favorite spaces in the house, featuring a spa-like bath with a soaking tub, a frameless glass shower, and a walk-in closet that can keep up with any lifestyle.

There are other touches, too, that really bring the home to life—wide-plank hardwood floors, smart home features, and a cozy backyard patio that feels just right for quiet evenings or a casual get-together with friends.
